My SmartFill says the "Memory is Full" what should I do now?
Once the memory fills you won’t be able to do any further transactions (dispense fuel). If you haven’t already, you should download the transactions to either your memory key or SD card. (Refer to article on downloading data or the relevant manual) When you have confirmed the transactions have been downloaded by creating a Fuel Report, use the "Menu Key" and select the option on the SmartFill to "Clear the Memory". You will be asked to confirm that you want to do this at least twice. Confirm you want to do this by using the enter key. Clearing the memory clears all the transactions in the system.
